The 2010 season is upon us with great excitement and expectations of this year’s Junior Lacrosse team. We believe we have the winning combination that is going to take us to this year’s Minto Cup in Coquitlam. A good return of last year’s players and what we believe is the best goalie in Western Canada. The coaches are excited, the players are excited, and we know the fans will be rewarded. Last year we proved we are still a team to be afraid of as Coquitlam found out in the semi-finals.

I would at this time like to thank our sponsors for their generous contributions. Without them, many things we need to operate the team would not be possible. All of us from the Burnaby Junior ‘A’ Lacrosse Club thank you very much.

This year the Burnaby Minor Lacrosse Club is benefiting more and more due to the fact that more graduated Junior ‘A’ players are coming back and coaching minor teams. We applaud those players for giving back to their roots of lacrosse. With their experience of the game, at a high level, it will only help the younger players with reaching their goals of playing Junior ‘A’ lacrosse. Well done boys keep up the good work.
